In an attempt to balance affordable and beautiful, designer Denis Svirid takes us around this modern and refreshing apartment in Odessa, Ukraine. A place that any bachelor would be proud to call home. With a small apartment in the city being the only viable and affordable option for many young people, Denis has put his remarkable interior skills together at this apartment.

Despite being small, the apartment has two floors. Private quarters, bedroom, bathroom, and a dressing room are located below the mansard roof. Above, there are white-painted living chambers with dark-hued furniture and subtle lighting system. The upper floor is what makes the apartment feel modern and with the wooden ground floor, it creates an interesting and rare combination.
